How long does shipping take?
Production time is 5–10 business days, after which shipping within Germany takes approx. 2–3 days.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We ship exclusively with DHL, so your package arrives safely and quickly.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you also ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Germany. International orders are in the works!

Can I order my own logo as a lamp?
Yes! Upload your logo via our inquiry form, and we will review it and create a custom quote.
Which LEDs are installed?
Our lamps use smart RGB LEDs that can be controlled via smartphone and are compatible with smart home systems.
What materials are used?
Our products are made from PLA+ (high-quality 3D print) and acrylic sheets for durable and sturdy craftsmanship.
Returns & Support
Can I return personalized products?
Since all custom products are made specifically for you, returns are not possible.
My lamp arrived defective, what can I do?
If your product is damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damage – we will find a solution!
